Srividya has a Doctoral degree in Health Sciences, a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with

a PG Diploma in Patents Law and is a Registered Indian Patent agent. She regularly deals with patent drafting and prosecution in India as well as globally. She has guided wide range of companies, start-ups, educational institutions, and individuals in developing their patent portfolio.

Srividya is a well-known resource person to conduct IPR courses, and also to train in IP related matters, having conducted training programme for patent examiners of several patent offices including India, Vietnam, Egypt, several Southeast Asian, South American and African countries.  She also functions as the Consulting Editor at Indian Drugs, a peer reviewed scientific publication of the Indian Drug Manufacturer`s Association.
